Black Hills Retreat features accommodations for up to 280 people.

Lodging

We have 2 dorms, 3 guest cottages, 4 spacious lodges, and 13 small cabins in clusters spread across our property. A range of options with varying amenities, we find the right fit your group.

Dining

We can accommodate cafeteria and buffet style dining. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and prepare a menu in alignment with your groups needs. In addition to meal times the Snack Shop can be added to you event.

Meeting Spaces

We have you covered from small groups to whole camp gatherings. In addition to our indoor spaces, we have several outdoor meeting spots. Our Guest Services team will plan and setup all spaces your group needs. We also include the use of our A/V equipment, at no extra charge.

Black Hills Retreat offers plenty of activities to keep your group busy during your event. We have a core list of recreation activities included in every package. Looking to ramp up the excitement? We can add archery, zip line, climbing and team building exercises into your schedule.
